There are two different categories of property listings on propertiesng.com.
The first is the Free listings, whereby landlords, private sellers, home developers and Agents can advertise/list their properties for free.
The second is Featured Properties/Listings: They are sorted to the top of search results for a particular city, area or state search and receive 6 times more views than non-featured listings

The second is Featured Properties/Listings: They are sorted to the top of search results for a particular city, area or state search and receive 6 times more views than non-featured listings --  ensuring that those who are paying us receive extra exposure and extra potential for success on the site.  As with all propertiesng.com listings, the agent,landlord, home developer or private seller can still add unlimited photos and a detailed property description. These featured properties/listings are also displayed rotationally on the homepage of propertiesng.com.

A big reason for this, is to improve the quality of listings on propertiesng.com and for us to make some money. Specifically, we found that free listings on propertiesng.com have a lower occurrence and possibilty of being viewed by propective buyers or tenants, which can lead to the property staying longer on the market/website.  We believe these features will benefit those who have urgent and quick sales or those who want to rent/let their properties quickly.
